Toddler Time at Two Little Acres is a calm, child-led farm experience designed especially for toddlers and their grown-ups. Each class offers unlimited baby animal time alongside themed story time, sensory-rich play, crafts & activities giving children the space to explore, observe, and connect in a way that feels natural and unrushed.
Toddler Time is the perfect introduction to a full sensory farm experience, thoughtfully designed to meet children exactly where they are.
A short, interactive story introduces the day’s theme and gently encourages early listening and group participation.
Children have ongoing opportunities throughout the class to interact with baby bunnies, chicks, and ducklings. Repeated, supported interaction helps toddlers practice gentle touch, build empathy, and develop emotional regulation all at their own pace.
Each session follows a simple seasonal theme inspired by farm animals, nature, or real farm experiences. Activities and crafts are thoughtfully chosen to support the theme while remaining flexible and developmentally appropriate.
Open-ended sensory stations invite exploration through sight, touch, sound, movement, and sometimes a little mess. Toddlers are free to move between activities, follow their curiosity, and engage in play that feels meaningful to them.
Unlike our larger events, Toddler Time includes guided access inside the fenced pasture, allowing children to experience farm life up close including meeting, feeding adult chickens, ducks and brushing goats of all ages.

Two Little Acres operates by scheduled experiences only. We are not open for walk-in or drop-in visits. All Toddler Time sessions and Baby Animal Events require advance registration.

Self-serve with a two-hour pickup and drop-off window. Detailed instructions are provided prior to your scheduled date.

Our activities are designed for children ages 1–13 but baby animal interaction is for all ages. Toddlers and preschoolers benefit from the calm, seated structure, while older children enjoy the extended time and deeper interaction. Shy or animal-loving children of all ages tend to thrive.
Toddler Time is cancelled in the event of rain or inclement weather. Baby animals cannot get wet.
If Two Little Acres cancels due to weather, families will be notified at least 2 hours prior and will receive a credit for a future Toddler Time session (valid for 6 months).
If you need to reschedule, please complete the Reschedule Form at least 24 hours in advance.
Toddler Time registrations are non-refundable
With 24+ hours’ notice, a credit will be issued
Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months
Credit codes and instructions are sent on Mondays
